Hi, I'm Brandi Copeland.

I spent 15+ years deep inside the employee experience at The Walt Disney Company and Comcast NBCUniversal leading initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, watching how organizations succeed and exactly how they break down when managers aren't prepared for the position they're actually in.

I sat at tables where I was the youngest person, often the only millennial woman, and definitely the one expected to translate between what leadership wanted and what the people doing the actual work needed. I've lived the sandwich. I figured out how to navigate it without shrinking yourself to fit.

I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear. I'm going to tell you what I wish someone had told me when I was figuring it out the hard way. This program is built from 15+ years of being inside some of the most complex organizations in the world — not from a course I took or a book I read.

Every Tuesday from 2pm–3pm ET starting July 14th, with the finale on August 18th.
Replays will be available. However, this program is discussion-based, which means the live conversations and real scenarios are a significant part of the value and the magic of the cohort experience. You should plan to attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions live to get the most out of the experience.
Yes, and many employers will cover professional development at this price point. You will be provided an expense document after enrollment with a full business case and learning outcomes you can submit to your manager or HR team.
The $297 investment includes a 1:1 kickoff call with Brandi before the cohort starts, six live weekly one-hour sessions, access to the private community so you have full support even when not in session, access to the newly developed AI Manager Companion built to guide you through your specific manager scenarios, and a recap and recording after every call.
Because this is a small, live cohort with intentionally limited seats, all sales are final and refunds will not be offered. Please be sure you're able to commit to the experience before applying.
Millennial women who are either new to management (within the last three years) or actively building toward a leadership role. It is designed around the specific experience of managing in the middle — responsible for translating between senior leadership and your team while navigating generational dynamics in both directions.
The cohort will be capped at 15 people. The smaller the group, the more specific the conversation can get, and the more Brandi can engage with what you're actually navigating rather than keeping things general.
This is the founding member cohort, which means you're in at a founding member rate before the program goes to full price. When the Millennial Manager Method™ opens to the public after this round, it won't be $297. In exchange for the reduced rate, founding cohort members commit to completing the program and providing a testimonial within two weeks of the final session.

Skool is a community platform where cohort members can post questions, share scenarios they're working through, and connect between sessions. Think of it as a group space that's organized, searchable, and active. Brandi will be in the community throughout the six weeks. Access begins once you're confirmed as a cohort member.
